It became increasingly important for Bishop David Ricken that the Diocese of Green Bay revisit its vision, mission and strategic priorities to help define the direction of the 158-parish Catholic community. This highly collaborative project began with inclusivity in mind. O’Connor Connective facilitated leadership retreats and listening sessions with pastors and curia, leading to a collective and reflective document unveiled via video stream.

One of the top priorities identified through this process is “Catholic schools and religious education.” O’Connor Connective was asked to develop and facilitate enrollment and marketing workshops to help over 30 Catholic schools grow. This led to additional coaching by O’Connor Connective for principals and their marketing teams, made up of professionals and volunteers.
