The owners of Resource One Realty approached a milestone of 10 years in business. This offered the team an opportunity to revisit its position in the marketplace. O’Connor Connective facilitated leadership planning sessions to discuss the company’s future. The result included strategic priorities and a process to more clearly define the Resource One difference.
Following a competitive analysis, an audit of existing marketing efforts by the company and focus groups with agents, O’Connor Connective presented Resource One with a positioning platform that included messaging, tagline modification and a strategic marketing plan. This effort included developing and facilitating a company-wide training session on the refined brand and messaging. O’Connor Connective then assisted the company in recruiting and hiring a marketing professional to implement the strategic marketing plan.
