With the goal of recruiting more drivers, the owner of Xtreme Trucking, in Abrams, Wisconsin, sought O’Connor Connective’s assistance to define, communicate, and create an intentional culture. The project defined the company’s vision, mission and values—and created employee communications to underscore the company’s commitment to its drivers. Through a simple social media strategy and daily implementation of the strategy, O’Connor Connective further built engagement by existing and potential drivers.

As the company entered into a merger/acquisition, O’Connor Connective led the strategic communications for internal and external audiences to introduce the combined companies and culture.
