With a goal to improve and ensure the community’s understanding of the program and grow its awareness and increase donations, the Boys and Girls Club of Door County engaged with O’Connor Connective to better position the organization with donors. The ongoing process includes stakeholder discovery sessions to develop key messages and a positioning strategy relative to donor acquisition and growth. Message integration and a strategic marketing communications plan will help define the methods the Northeastern Wisconsin organization will use to communicate with its various donor audiences and build donor relationships.
