The Cotter family came to O’Connor Connective due to a referral from Resource One Realty. The goal was to enhance Cotter Funeral Home & Crematory’s ability to engage with the community and potential families seeking a trusted partner in the funeral industry.

O’Connor Connective began with research—including focus groups, site visits, and surveys to make sure they best understood what was most important to families when choosing a funeral partner. This information provided the baseline to help the Cotter’s share what makes them unique in the funeral industry within the areas they serve: De Pere, Allouez, Wrightstown and Denmark.

The research provided the building blocks for a strategic marketing plan that included a brand refresh and key messaging for an advertising campaign and web site renovation. The new look of Cotter Funeral Homes & Crematory now reflects their ongoing commitment to the families they serve—with compassionate care.
