The Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region sought clarity about the perception of CFFVR in the community, with its donors and grant recipients. O’Connor Connective led a discovery process that included a competitor analysis, marketing message audit and community listening sessions with CFFVR donors, volunteers, grand recipients, staff and leadership, personal interviews with major donors and wealth advisers. Key messages and positioning strategies to support various audiences were recently finalized and a plan to better position CFFVR is underway.
