O’Connor Connective is a strategy and marketing communications consultancy connecting people and organizations to innovative results. We were founded in 2013 by Bridget O’Connor because she understands that leaders often need outside sounding boards to make big ideas come true and sometimes to communicate the smallest of changes in their organizations.

Encompass celebrated a huge milestone last year — our 100th anniversary. We knew we had one chance to celebrate and were more than grateful to have O’Connor Connective walk this journey with us. Bridget and her incredible team dived deep into the organization, highlighting our mission and people — and refreshed our logo, created consistent messaging, defined our strengths, and gave us the confidence we needed to embark on our “For the Children Campaign.” O’Connor Connective believes in the work we do, understands our value in the community, and is cheering for our success. O’Connor Connective worked with the MSU Alumni Foundation to develop a crisis communication plan. The expertise and professionalism they brought to the table was extraordinary. O’Connor Connective was thorough and thoughtful as we navigated the issues and challenges our organization could potentially face. The resulting plan was outstanding and provided us an important crisis management blueprint going forward with useful and actionable steps. The plan was completed on time and on budget – we are big O’Connor Connective fans!
The O’Connor Connective team was exactly the creative talent our organization needed to clarify Habitat for Humanity’s capital campaign goals to the public. They were able to encompass the heart of the organization’s mission while clearly making the case for the capital campaign and the need for the ReStore expansion. It provided a focused story that has proven to be successful for the sustainability of the organization. The early success of our ReStore since its opening in December 2019 is proof that the story is unfolding as planned. I would walk this path again with the O’Connor Connective team.
We partnered with OCC to create a cohesive brand for two companies that had recently merged. OCC’s team took the time to really get to know our staff, who we were as a company, and what we wanted to become. OCC took our vision and created a new brand to represent our company. Joe especially did fantastic work on our graphics and color pallet to make our new brand stand out. Thank you, OCC!
