Today, from City Hall in De Pere, Jim and Miriam Mulva announced in front of a packed room of City of De Pere, Brown County Government and State of Wisconsin representatives, other community leaders and the local media that the Mulva Cultural Center has expanded in scope to a $50 million gift to their hometown and the project will be designed by internationally acclaimed Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) architects.
