Bridget Krage O'Connor

A marketing communication and business strategist, Bridget holds nearly 30 years of experience in helping leaders of organizations tell their unique stories. Her strengths are taking complex issues and breaking them down into workable parts to create results.

As owner and principal consultant at O’Connor Connective, Bridget helps organizations align their strategic goals with marketing communications to achieve growth, reputational and revenue objectives. She engages with leadership teams to advance their thinking, starting with their mission, vision and values. Bridget then guides organizational brand strategy and assists with crafting and delivering measurable multi-channel communications. A skilled facilitator and sounding board, Bridget partners with presidents, superintendents, CEOs and leadership teams of small family-owned companies, mid-size privately held organizations, schools, colleges, universities, and for and non-profits of all sizes.

Prior to launching O’Connor Connective, Bridget was a senior administrator at St. Norbert College for over a decade. She also worked for Wood Communications Group in Madison, Wisconsin, the University of Minnesota Foundation, and Cuningham Group Architects in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2019, Bridget launched as an O’Connor Connective social enterprise The Connective: A Community for Women in Business, to provide workshops, programs, events and professional development opportunities to advance high-achieving organizational leaders—which has now merged with University of Wisconsin Green Bay’s Schreiber Foods’ Institute for Women’s Leadership. O’Connor Connective serves as the Institute’s lead community partner.

Committed to serving her community, Bridget is a member of P.E.O and serves on the Schreiber Foods’ Institute for Women’s Leadership and the Thomas H. Lutsey-Waseda Farms Scholarship Committee. Past board and committee service includes the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation Board, Greater Green Bay YMCA Board, Mulva Cultural Center Board, Green Bay Botanical Garden Board, Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay Advisory Board, Scholarships, Inc.
