Holly joined the O’Connor Connective team with an extensive background in office management and customer service with large and small businesses.
At O’Connor Connective, Holly is an organized multitasker with an eye for details. She provides real-time administrative support with scheduling, bookkeeping and office-management functions.
Most recently, Holly was a Patient Care Representative at a De Pere dentist office, scheduling for the dental hygienists and the doctor. She followed through with the patient experience from start to finish, providing reminder phone calls, insurance inquiries, and collecting payments.
Prior to that, Holly was the Executive Assistant at Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame, Inc., a nonprofit organization separate from the Green Bay Packers. She assisted in planning and execution of two major fundraising events and multiple smaller fundraisers, with over 1,400 guests in attendance annually. She also managed all aspects of the business office, provided all accounting support, and served the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and other subcommittees as needed.
