Lindsay Arndt rejoined O’Connor Connective as the Vice President of Communications & Digital Services in 2023, after previously serving as a Communications Specialist at the firm from 2016 – 2020. With a proven track record of success in driving growth and engagement through innovative marketing strategies, Lindsay brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the O’Connor Connective team. Lindsay is a born creative with a strategic mindset, continually looking for innovative solutions to help further the advancement of our clients and our community. 

Most recently Lindsay was the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager at Icario located in Minneapolis, MN, leading the campaigns team through strategic event planning and oversaw lead generation initiatives for multiple communication channels. Prior to that, Lindsay worked for Omelet, an agency supporting Walmart’s Digital Strategy and Brand Engagement team while living in Bentonville, AR. Here Lindsay lead content creation and provided strategic guidance to further highlight corporate initiatives across multiple marketing channels.

Lindsay is highly engaged in local fundraising, helping support Children’s Wisconsin through the development of the Sullivan Arndt Fancy Heart Fund. Lindsay also received an Advanced Leadership Certificate from the Schreiber Foods Institute for Women’s Leadership in 2023.
